Exchange or return items must reach us unopened with thier packaging in tact. Please note that all returns without an exchange for reasons other than product defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 30 days, the item will be evaluated and accepted for exchange or repair due to manufacturer's defects only. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects or freight damage. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of the manufacturer's defects. If you cancel your order, shipping and handling costs will not be refunded if the item has already shipped from our company.
Returning a Purchase
Mail your purchase back with a copy of the invoice you received or obtain a return merchandise authorization number by calling (800) 595-6930. Please allow 14 business days from the day you return your package for your return to be credited or exchange made (see Satisfaction Guarantee.) If you no longer have the return form, please send your package prepaid and insured to the following address:

Be sure that the return form and label or the RMA number is clearly displayed on the outside of your package. Also make sure to include your name, address are displayed as I the example above.
All packages that do not either display a RMA number or a return form and label will be refused and sent back to the sender at the senders expense.
